Jenni Gold, director of the award-winning film CinemAbility, was honored for her work with the 2014 Image Award, presented by the AAPD! This award, which was first awarded to Stevie Wonder in 2010, is given to individuals for improving the way people with disabilities are perceived, which at its’ heart, is the very mission of the film. Friend, fellow disability advocate, and CinemAbility interviewee Danny Woodburn was kind enough to present the award to Jenni, as well as attend the DC premiere of CinemAbility the very next night!
